Phoebe likes to play games and stir up a bit of trouble here and there, always keeping it light hearted. She likes to think if it'sbnot hurting any one why not have a little fun? She has set up a number of regulars together with her mischivious ways. Although it does not always go as planned or is welcomed.

Phoebe can be sarcastic at times, it's in her nature from the time she was a child.Phoebe is used to being around sarcastic people in her family so she can't help it when some sarcastic remarks slip.
-Loyal and Protective
Phoebe is a loyal friend once you befriend her. She will come to your aid when needed and tries to help you if she can.Phoebe is not the type of person to backstab you or let you be picked on. Phoebe is protective of those who are dear to her and will do what she can to keep them out of harms way.
-Easily Embarrassed
Its not hard to embarrass Phoebe. The two things that would get the most reaction out of her is close contact, and if someone found out she could not swim. Phoebe tries not to let anyone know that she's unable to swim because she feels slightly embarrassed to be afraid of water but can't help it. And shes not used to people being too close to her physically so it makes her feel awkward.
History:
At the age of 10 is when she found out she was into fighting and so that's when she began training. Although she ticked off her sensei because she seemed to always playing around and not taking things seriously.Not really caring about training and never learning anything.Phoebe finally took things seriously at the age of 14.Phoebe has entered Shibusen Academy in hopes of becoming a Meister.
Other:
-Phoebe hates swimming and water because when she was younger her sister's boyfriend threw her into the deep end of a pool without knowing that she couldn't swim.Phoebe's mother saved her and ever since Phoebe doesn't go into pools or other bodies of water.
